Artist Statement
Painting is like my mirror. The picture itself has shown me the changes taking place in me. As the confusion in my mind reduced, my form in the painting became simpler. I started to like the circle. I thought about why I liked it. It was then realized that a circle has no sides, no beginning and no end. As we cannot say that we fully understand anything. Also we do not understand the beginning and end of the circle. So I found this form to be perfect. I have done a lot of painting with this form. All the paintings have the same form and the colour scheme is changed according to the subject. My method of painting is derived from Gradients. So we get lost more in the colour than the subject. It is in this loss that I have come to find myself.
